Haylee Shuster Photography Policies and Session Tips
Photo Editing
All photos are edited in the style of Haylee Shuster Photography. Minor touch-ups (like visible acne) are included. Major edits (object removal, body changes, etc.) require a fee of 10% of your session amount or purchase total. NO RAW PHOTOS will be given out - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Session Confirmation
Upon the agreement of a session, you will receive an email from Haylee Shuster Photography confirming session details. You will also sign confirming that you have ready my polices, agree/comply with them all, and allow/do not allow your photos to be shared on Haylee Shuster Photography's social platforms.
Session Payments
A minimum of 50% of the session fee is due at the time of the session. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the photos. Final images will not be delivered without watermark until the session is paid for in full.
Cancellations/Late Arrival
If you need to cancel a session, you need to do so as soon as possible, via text or email. From there on, I will work with you on rescheduling, but I may not be available within a week of your cancelled session. Please be aware that arriving late to your session may result in reduced shooting time. I cannot guarantee that your full allotted session time will be available if you are late, especially if I have other bookings scheduled. While I will do my best to accommodate you, additional arrangements may need to be made to complete your session.
Watermarks
If a watermark is placed on a photo that says "DO NOT TAKE", you may not take it, unless it is purchased. In that case you will receive a digital version without the watermark Haylee Shuster Photography. If a photo is posted with a watermark in the corner, that does not display "DO NOT TAKE", you may use it as long as the watermark is visible in its entirety, and proper credit (tags in a social media post and such) is given when able. It is ILLEGAL to remove watermarks from a photo , or screenshot and take a photo with a watermark that is not payed for! Haylee Shuster Photography will no longer provide access to photos of an individual if they are being taken illegally. Thank you for understanding.
A Note From the Photographer You
Please understand I know some sessions/photos may seem very expensive, but compared to most photographers these prices are CHEAP! I would love to provide free photos to everyone, but unfortunately my equipment is expensive and I have to make a profit somehow. Thank you for your understanding!
